Earlier this year we created an online portal which enables us to speed up the quoting, booking and confirmation process together with a platform where we can exchange documents and reply in real-time, with both our client and our expert. The time we take to allocate our language expert, prepare our supporting documents, even how we update our clients, has dramatically decreased due to the autonomy our bespoke system provides, whilst proving increased accuracy.

This allows for receiving, logging, allocating, generating job sheets, and supporting documents in less than 20 minutes; fast but precise in more ways than one.

Believing in smooth sailing for our customers we adapted a secure online booking system whereby instructions can be entered and directly sent to us for a seamless experience. Our booking forms are designed to obtain all the salient information needed in order for us to proceed without hesitation, again expediting the length of the end to end operation.
